Burger King — Restaurant in Waseca

Visited at about 10:00 AM on 10-10-2020. Went through the drive through to order breakfast. My buddy and I added on two orders of the five piece french toast sticks to our order. We pull forward and pay, and then are asked to go park in the parking lot and wait for our food. The food is brought out and given to us, so we are driving back to my buddy's place to eat. On the way back we realize they forgot to give us our french toast sticks. We check the receipt and realize we were indeed charged for both orders of french toast sticks. We return to the drive through and ask to get our french toast sticks, they say okay and ask us to return to the parking lot. A few minutes later, they come out and say "french toast" I raise my hand and the employee starts walking to my car She gives me the french toast sticks and we are on our way. Well, we get back to my buddy's place and start eating. It turns out they only gave us one of our two (paid for) orders of french toast sticks... Mistakes are understandable, however, when the customer needs to have a mistake corrected, the staff should double check everything, it was disappointing that after bringing up the first error to the staff, they did not even care to double check the...

I arrived at this store Monday morning at 6:30 a.m.. there were no other customers, and I was the only car in the Drive-Thru. I ordered a sausage croissant, paid for it, and the young man with Bright red hair mumbled something about pulling ahead and he'd bring it out. I did as instructed, and waited 4 or 5 minutes. When no one came out, I got out of my truck, went up to the door and found it locked.

I backed up in the Drive-Thru back to the window and again sat and waited. After a couple of minutes he was walking by and I motioned at him. He opened the window and I asked, am I getting my sandwich? He said yep as soon as it's done and turned and walked away. As he walked away, he flipped me the bird.

Since I was 10 minutes into my visit, I left. I would like a refund for the sandwich I never got, and would ask that you maybe give that $5 to the young man with bright red hair. Maybe it will do something to change his outlook on life. Doubtful! Someone might suggest to him that if he really wants to stand out, instead of painting his hair red, he might think about being better at his position and stand out from the crowd by being the best at...

I stop for breakfast twice a week, so I guess you could call me a regular ! Today I arrive at 10:25 for breakfast a car was sitting in front of me and the elderly lady that normally takes my order was outside changing the menu on the sign and not taking the order of the person in front of me. So we both waited for her to get back to her station to take our orders. When I got up to place my order for breakfast at 10:30 she said we are no longer taking breakfast orders, I said I have been waiting 5 min to place my order she says no you haven’t I saw you pull up . I didn’t say anything more just drove off. I can’t understand why a Business with such bad reviews would treat customers this way ! I don’t like being called a liar basically by the drive through person . McDonald’s is across the road I will be going there for my breakfast from now on. I suspect that Burger King will be going out of business really soon unless they get their act together which is sad because they’ve only been in business I think about three years at...
