UPDATED: Tried to call but they have been closed since I picked up my order yesterday. I have ate here a few times an it's definitely not as good as the original i tried in Chillicothe. But up until yesterday I would've still recommend this place. I ordered about 5pm asked for well cooked an add an egg to my single chicken hibachi style double fried ride no veggies xtra yum yum.. I use to get steak an chicken but the steak here isn't what I would like my NY steak to be this here reminds me of a Walmart strip steak anyhow. I found the first of 3-hairs being the longest had a few pieces of rice attached to it about 10-12in long maybe the size of the styrofoam container it came in an the other 2 today when I tried to eat some again because it's "usually the best heated up the 2nd time". However, with each bite i tried to take, I gagged every bite & just gave up, when I hit #3... Wowwwww... I think 🤔 I'm done here... UPDATE: I did let them know about the issue, an they asked to give me a credit & replaced all of the order except the 2$ yum yum sauce I had purchased for the first order. So I ate 2/3 of the food without the sauce. But, it was good an I throughly checked it prior to even trying it this round, an no issues.. However, it's crazy to find one hair an a small one at that maybe, but to find 3 different long hairs in one container. I'm unsure of the nature of the kitchen but hair nets are a need any type of food setting imo & I think I'll start going back to Chillicothe when I get the...
Read morePretty conflicted about this place. Staff was very friendly, my issues were the food. The pad Thai was a new item it is sweet and good at first but becomes overwhelming by the end of the dish but was OK, the chicken in it on the other hand was not very good I think it was overcooked. my wife got hibachi shrimp and scallops... The shrimp noodles and rice were just fine. However, the scallops were TERRIBLE. I mean they were as fishy as you could imagine. Almost made me sick I couldn't swallow it....
Here's the thing. Hibachi is basically unavailable in this location other than there. And to be fair the price of my wife's meal was $17 and mine was $10. Pretty awesome prices compared to anywhere in Columbus. I personally wouldn't come here again but if I lived here and this was my only option I probably would come back.
Take that as you will, but everyone was...
Read moreThe food's pretty good. The hibachi has the perfect amount of rice to other accompanying food options.
The chicken is the best season but that's good because it doesn't overpower the other flavors that much. The vegetables are perfectly cooked. If you get the shrimp the shrimp's perfectly cooked as well but I would recommend eating it very soon. The rice also has a good texture not too soft and not too hard.
The noodles are good as well. But they're not my favorite in the menu.
The wait staff are friendly. Pretty good with refills.
The bathrooms in the women's area are pretty clean. But the restaurant does have a hard time changing out seasonal decorations.
The tables are clean as well haven't seen a dirty table anytime I've gone there.
The music that they play is family friendly so don't have to worry about cussing...
