NEVER have I EVER experienced such bad and poor customer service when I called to tell them that the food We ordered was cold, and not well done how we ordered it, no garlic butter like we paid for, and marinara was COLD! The manager said “I don’t know how that’s possible when I just sent the driver out and took it out of the over! Listen, you AIN’T had great tasting pizza unless you have gotten it from Pizza Factory located Utica, OH‼️ They’re a small establishment but mighty big in taste!!! OMGoodness, you know it’s off da chain when the wait is an hour and a half on Fridays but we’ll worth it!! We have tried others (I won’t call names) but they are in close proximity of Utica and Mount Vernon and absolutely NO ONE, NO pizza establishment can touch Pizza Factory‼️‼️‼️ The first bite and your hooked!! The best Parmesan Bites Ever Hands down BUT!!!!
