Cafe on the way — Restaurant in Washington

I was really excited to see this place open in my area.... Then I wasted a bunch of time driving to this place, only to find them closed when they were suppose to be open. Yesterday, I drove over to the stand on a Wednesday morning at 07:30 am, and was met with a "We're Closed" sign on the window. Another time, I drove over on a Saturday morning around 08:00 am and they were closed then too (later found out a barista had a flat tire, but no one bothered to staff a replacement).

In a rural area, a business like this can either dominate and pull in all of the locals dollars, OR it can establish itself as unreliable and a waste of a time. Sadly, this place is a waste of time..... And for some reason the coffee (when I was able to get an order in) was watery tasting. Just not...

Edited from 2 star review....cafe on the way has greatly improved with new management/ownership. I had stopped going before because there was no consistency. The prices were going up (ordering the same drink) and the quality was going way down. I decided to try it again after waiting a few months. The coffee has been great and consistent with quality and prices. I am looking forward to the future of this stand. The barista was friendly and understanding of why I asked what my drinks would cost before...

Glad I didn't get a coffee here judging by the reviews...I drove off after never being greeted "hey I will be with you in a minute " or anything in that manner would have been great considering the other customer got there at the same time....I've been to coffee shops all over and this is the olny one that acted as though I wasn't at the window not sure if the other was a regular or not....I left because it was intended to be a quick stop but did not seem like that would...
