Chill Out Ice Creamery — Restaurant in Washington

Came in to Chill Out today and Xander made my whole week!

Firstly, I am out of town from the Portland area and I go to a retreat center near by twice a year. Every time I come, I make sure to stop here to get a bubble cone cause they’re seriously so good.

SECOND, I am pregnant and was having a huge craving for a bubble cone

Well it turns out the store was bought out in February so it was under new ownership. When I walked in and I saw the bubble cone wasn’t on the menu anymore, I sadly asked Xander if they still did bubble cones. He told me “not really anymore, they’re not super popular…. But I still have all of the stuff to make them if you want one?”

I told him I was pregnant with a craving and he went to work like a man on a mission! Pulled out the bubble maker and mixed some batter just for me!

So kind and accommodating, talking to Me about his kids and his wife’s pregnancy while I waited. I seriously couldn’t recommend this...

We came once and had a great experience with a young man serving us and he was great and the flavors were great.

I would give this a 5 star off of that alone. I am five this a 3 star to get the attention of my grievance.

We had friends come into town and wanted to treat them to a non chain ice cream place that was great. I looked up on the hours in the web and they said they were open till 8pm. We drove over 20 minutes to get there before 8pm only to be told they were closed for a private party.

I am disappointed that we wasted that time to drive to 9 mile. I don’t know if you can alter the hours on google to give people notice when you do private parties or to set private parties at a certain time so others who want to experience this place are not turned away in...

A short drive from Spokane, and ABSOLUTELY worth it!!

Hands down, the best ice cream you will find in the area. Fun fact: they get their ice cream from out of state and you certainly won't find anything like it around here.

We ordered the cherry cheesecake, which was an absolute delight! We also ordered the lemon cheesecake, which was both of our favorites. The ice cream is creamy and full of flavor! Seriously, what a treat!

The shop is super clean, cute, chill, and family friendly. There are games at each table, a chalk board for guests to draw on and a Pacman table.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient.

We are excited to come back again, and especially looking forward to trying the Superman, which is known...
