Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

My pizza had barely any pizza sauce. It had more butter sauce than it had pizza sauce. Straight dry cheese and bread. And my sandwich was not cooked properly, it was chewy and there was no buffalo sauce on there. If there was I don’t see any. I called the dominos and spoke to the manager Andrew, and he advised me that he doesn’t not believe what I’m telling him because he himself seen that there was buffalo sauce. Insulting after having your order all messed up. He blamed the trainee, him as a a manager should’ve watched over which he admit that he was wrong. Both stores (Cheney and across from Petro exit 272) have staff problems. First Cheney employees lied at 1110 pm and said they were closed when actually open until midnight. Across from Petro at exit 272 at least was open. However good luck getting what you ordered in a timely manner, or even getting the correct order at all. When we open the boxes at home we find only 1 pizza is right. The breadsticks had NO breadsticks. Only sauce. A joke of a dinner outing. Save your money and go to a soup kitchen instead. Our entire experience at both locations was a terrible frustrating nightmare.

We're starting to wonder whether ordering from here again is worth it. Multiple times we go to order with the app on a coupon, only to find our final price, before delivery fees and taxes, is still a good 5 or more dollars more than what the coupon promoted. This last time, we called the restaurant and were told they had never had this issue with the app from anyone and that corporate handles it, not them. Then, there was no equivalent coupon at the store level for the same things, only more money for less items. It really is a shame to advertise something and then not...
