Ordered a dirty chai and got no coffee. Asked if they used Big Train and they said yes. They didn’t use it if they have it. Basically paid for something I didn’t want. Just a heads up, the stuffed bagels are disgusting, fairly edible and today we got free drinks. Excitement for that but they were lukewarm and not very flavorful.
