i love Manchu Wok and figured I'd give Fatburger a try, well I am glad I did as I am beyond impressed. I got the XXXL Fatburger with bacon added, total came out to $21.34. now that may seem a little costly for a burger, but not this burger trust me...IT IS GIANT!! The beef is high quality, the grill taste is on point, the seasoning is pronounced, and the vegetables are fresh. I can devour a Wendy's triple burger and not even feel full, but half of this burger and I am SLAMMED and thats after fasting the whole day. Fatburger at Swinomish Casino and Lodge is, in my opinion, the best burger in skagit county. Although a little bit on the pricey side, it is the only burger around that ive found that has that distinct genuine homemade grill taste that will remind you of the great bbq gatherings as a kid.... you can eat one of these and still be ready for more simply on the taste that saturate your tastebuds long after you finish, if you are able to finish this monstrous delite. Came in with my partner probably ten minutes to close, we didn’t know and when we asked after ordering the server was super snarky and said “in one minute.” So we apologized and got more weird attitude and then, a few bites into my burger I realized it was technically honest to god raw. Pale reddish pink all through the center. We spend damn near $50 for two raw slapped together burgers that I’m sure they just put on the grill for two minutes and steamed on a flat top. Never eeever eating here again, service was garbage but the fries I’ll give them, 10/10. We’re both cooks who get that coming in minutes before close isn’t great but that shouldn't be penalized by getting food that could make someone seriously sick. Not risking...
