The Coffee Point — Restaurant in Washington

im not happy leaving a 1-star review but our visit last night was far from good. my wife never goes to coffee stands and decided to try them since we were getting gas at the Swin already. she told the barista she wanted a strong and bold coffee/cappucino that is also very sweet. as someone who makes coffee you'd think that is not a super specific or hard to make order. well the barista took 10 minutes possibly more, and came back with a very lightweight cup (ordered a 20 oz) and my wife took a sip and spit it out. me, being a fan of plain black coffee tried it and was also very repulsed by the bitter taste. popped the lid and saw it was probably 90% foam with a small amount of coffee at the bottom that tasted old and stale. went back and my wife told the other barista there that she isn't expecting a refund but is not going to drink the coffee. the barista said "oh..you ordered a cappucino though" like as if the drink was SUPPOSED to taste like that. she offered to remake it and said she will make a latte that is sweet. okay cool. she only took about 2 minutes and we were sure she would make it better than the original barista did. nope...also terrible! went to the gas station and made a much better cup of coffee for $1.40 vs $4.90. i dont know what other reviewers ordered but clearly we ordered the...

Employee stood there shaking her tip jar at the car infront of us, she helped the customer and picked the jar back up staring in it before they drove away(awkward who does that)... When it was our turn she proceeded to complain about not getting tips when asked how her nights been. It was very awkward considering I was just getting cigarettes and she didnt so any service for us besides handing...

The Barista had a high level of attention-to-detail and made me the most perfect WHITE CHOCOLATE BREVE I had ever tasted! Not too sweet but with a little sweetness leaving the coffee flavor & delivering a good caffeine punch in the a.m.🥊 most importantly she had a happy, friendly personality making me want to come again! See you next time I travel through...
