Four Star Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

I've attempted to order 5 pizzas and did get 1. Felt I needed to get at least 1 to review.

They don't honor online coupons or online prices. If online doesn't work then you're SOL which is funny because I also ordered a pizza and came to $14, they told me I need the online coupon when I got there to get the price that I already paid for or they could fix it for me to avoid the trip, they just need to change to $20. Bait and switch, you can't deny online coupons by phone, refer online and then ask for a coupon when your guest arrives. I of course cancelled that pizza and ordered another company walking out the store. Online wasn't accepting payments, called and told to keep trying or try again tomorrow. Attempted to order today, online saying store is closed but phone orders are accepted.

Website payment is broke. Called, referred me back online that wasn't working for online price. Told them the payment tool isn't working. Told me to keep trying. No pizza. Ordered online, attempted pick up and changed the already paid price on me. No pizza. Online order, never got sent to the store. No pizza. Got the pizza, quick review below. Online says stores closed. Phone orders accepted but already know not online deal. No pizza.

The pizza was pretty good, not my first choice but decent. The cheese has a quality flavor, crust is good although do need to break the rising large bubbles to avoid full pieces of pizza being almost a full bubble, sauce has a nice flavor but pepperoni is under the cheese not allowing some grease to escape.

I would have to say based on my experience in the past year. This won't be my first place to try but not against it. I would just say "Good luck, I hope you get food but have a backup place in...

My first and only experience with them was terrible I will never order from this place again as they got everything completely wrong nothing was done the way I asked for it I asked for the pizza to be cooked longer they didn't do that I asked for pepperoni bacon and mushrooms somehow they mistaken mushrooms for bell peppers and when I called to complain they didn't do anything to help rectify the situation more so called me a liar than anything so I spent the next hour and a half picking off these peppers that nobody in my family likes I hope this review brings them down to 3.9 Stars so they have to change your name.

Save your money don't even bother trying them out if you haven't yet

I wouldn't give them a 1 star.... I've been in Washington County for 50 years. I was a kid working right across the street. I could not wait till payday. To enjoy a good sub. I loved the taste, the people. Now several years later just kept going down hill. I got so disgusted with the quality and personal, I quit ordering from them. After several years of not ordering , I decided to give them a shot ,to see if things changed. We'll I was surprised to say the least. I ordered italian sub 2/22/24. With no tomatoes, I know lol.
