Burger King — Restaurant in Washington

I would have done a 1 star, but the cashier that took our order was nice and professional. I can't say the same for the rest of the staff. One of the gentleman that worked apparently fell in the back before my wife and I came in and he was sitting up front since he wasn't feeling well. Listening to the conversation it was clear that he had some medical problems and he had to go home to rest and take his medication. One of the employees felt it was better to sit back and laugh uncontrollably while he recorded the other gentleman as he struggled to stand and drop his drink. To make matters worse. When the gentleman fell to the ground all he could do was laugh at him even more. Once he was gone a few of the associated got together to talk about it and laugh while they watched the video while they spoke to one another using vulgarities about the ordeal that transpired. The only person that showed any concern was the lady working the register as she told everyone to watch their step so they wouldn't slip. She even helped him out the door with a drink and cleaned the mess up as well. If only more of the employees were like her then maybe the restaurant wouldn't be so bad. Was happy to find a Burger King since moving to the Washington area. I had to pull forward to wait for my 2 junior Whoppers for $5 - no problem. The employee came out with my bag and a bag for another customer. She went to the other customer first, that's fine, but then she motioned for me to drive over to her I guess so she didn't have to walk. I was at the exit to turn right onto Jefferson. To go to her would have required backing up my car, going left and driving back around the restaurant again to get to Jefferson. The attitude "you drive over here to me" after already having to wait for my food was surprising. I explained to her that I was turning right on Jefferson and with obvious annoyance she came over to me and roughly handed me my bag. I drove up to my destination (the pharmacy less than 2 min away) where I parked and opened one of my burgers and it was cold. Not even a hint of warmth. Even the burger patty was not the least bit warm. They were well put together with all of the condiments and everything seemed fresh so I took a deep breath, said a prayer, and ate it cold and the other one went to waste. I didn't have time to go back and wait for...

2nd chance for this location. Waited 25 minutes for food with 1 person ahead of me last week. Food was correct and good. Then went again today and they always have you pull up and wait so it doesn't mess up their time. I pull up like I did the other day and they bring the food out. I check it and they gave a regular cheeseburger instead of the double cheeseburger that was ordered. The double cheeseburger was ordered with light mustard yet the single cheeseburger had mustard coming out of all sides of the burger. There was more mustard than burger! Now I have to go back around to get it corrected while everyone else's food is getting cold. They again want me to pull up. I said no I'll wait which they were upset about and made it known. If you could get a simple order correct you wouldn't need me to pull up. There wasn't anyone in line behind me either time. Customer service and food are lacking. I will go to the Chestnut Street location only from now on. I have been there with 2 people running the place and been given hot food and...
