Hardee’s — Restaurant in Washington

I stopped by this Hardees with my family on the way to Indianapolis for food and restroom break. As we walked in we were being stared down by the employees and customers in the restaurant. As my mother placed her order the young cashier Skylore M was very rude. She was very agitated while taking our order and kept rolling her eyes. We order 2 big chicken sandwiches, 1 big chicken sandwich meal, and a small cheeseburger. As she packed the bag I notice only 2 chicken sandwiches being placed in the bag. We then told her that we order 3 big chicken sandwiches and she got upset. She then angrily went back to the cash register to charge us for another chicken sandwich. She then went to the cooking area to make more fries and began throwing them everywhere. The manager asked her is she was okay and she then said "no them people wanted another sandwich". As we waited for the next sandwich I sat with the others to eat in the car. As we bit into the chicken and hamburger sandwiches they were all very spicy. So spicy that they were burning our mouths and they weren't cooked. The fries were also not fresh. The service was extremely slow and they took longer to give us our orders compared to other people that was there. This is the worse experience I had at a fast food place and racism was...

I am so tired of fast food restaurants hiring people with such terrible attitudes I went through the drive-through today and was immediately greeted with a teenager with a snappy bad attitude who you can definitely tell she did not want to take my order or let alone be there yes I had a long order but it was not complicated I know exactly what I ordered and I don’t forget things like that when I went to the window to confirm some thing on my receipt I was met with dirty looks and employees talking about me behind my back saying how I did not ask for a sandwich to be made a certain way when I know for a fact I did I have never left a bad review on restaurants if I knew it was my fault but in this situation I did nothing wrong and was made to feel as if I was a burden by simply being a customer it is definitely safe to say it will be a long time before I feel comfortable going back to...

This Hardee's in Washington is putting out some pretty good food. Unfortunately you have to pay for it (of course) but before you do ...you pay for it with your patience. Today the 26th of April, 2 complete meals took nearly 20 minutes at the drive-thru! Exasperating! ~ and delivered to the car window with an apology. Still... Way Too Long. There is a sign on the lawn there that they are looking to hire and maybe being understaffed is what they were fighting against tonight. The chicken tenders were slightly on the crispy side, curly fries were perfect & the Frisco burger was great. --- this is an unreasonable wait time at brand-name fastfood, withOUT a custom order. Hope they get the situation remedied soon. Presently not...
