KFC — Restaurant in Washington

Terrible...I'd give zero stars or negative if I could...tried to get dinner for my family...I'm sorry I don't think we have a basic item on the menu...this wasn't a few minutes before they were closing...it was at a time that the restaurant selling chicken meals to families...should have chicken...I was warned that this might happen around noon & I laughed...now tonight I'm apologizing for laughing at noon today that KFC wouldn't be able to have or make their signature food for a family dinner...I would have been willing to wait for it to be cooked if I had been given the option...I could understand if they sold all they had & were cooking more if I wanted to wait ...I would have been fine with that but it wasn't even an option...nope...made fresh appearantly means whatever was cooked this morning...& after noon they won't cook anymore to be ready for dinner customers...I feel bad for the guys & girls at the drivethru...that have to deal with angry customers because I know that most are just as irritated as I am but less understanding...whatever moron owns/manages that location...should be the 1 explaining why they fail so bad & look the disgruntled customers in the face ...management/owners ...epic fail...learn how to run a restaurant or close the doors...don't hide behind your hardworking employees to answer for MANAGEMENT...

WOW! The 3 people in front of me has problems with their orders. I should have known better. Normally, its good there. But I ordered a 8 piece bucket with the 2 large sides. I drive all the way back home, 35 minutes away just to open the bucket and see NO chicken breasts. Thats all I eat, The wife eats the rest. Not only that, but wow, Its completely burnt! The pictures dont show how dark it really is, but it was uneatable. To the point, the crust was just burnt almost black and nasty. What white meat I could find was mush!. Straight up nasty! Look online. I dont complain about anything. But to drive 35 minutes home and get burnt chicken and NO breasts. Man, thats it for there. Although I do not eat here as much as I'd like my most recent experience went above and beyond my expectation the woman at the window was so very nice and helpful and explain to me that there was a 10-minute wait for the tenders that I had order and I need to add that I did order quite a bit of food so a wait is to be expected but instead of just informing me of the wait and carrying on with her day she also offered me a discount which was a pleasant surprise and then the woman that brought my food out to me was also just so very nice and pleasant the food as usual was amazing packaged very nicely hot and delicious I don't have a single complaint I wish I would have got the name of the woman at the window though because she really did go above and beyond and it is...
