I placed a mobile app order on 05-26-22 at approximately 10:20pm. The app and Google Maps both show this location being open until at least 11:00pm. (The sign on the drive-through window reflects an even later closing time) When I arrived at 10:25pm I could see what looked like my order on the view monitor above the warming rack and one of the employees sitting down at table eating. . . No one ever came to the window to address our presence, in in spite of having already paid for the meal through the app. . .

This is actually the second time this has happened; however, the first time I did not make a big deal about it because I figured the hassle of trying to get a refund was greater than the amount of money I lost in the encounter. This time my order was in excess of $36.00 and so far I have been proven right in that it is now 06-05-22 and I still have not received a refund, or been contacted by a customer service representative as it was suggested.

Both times this has happened we've had to drive the additional distance to the location off Burlington Blvd, pay more, because who wants to repeat using an app (for the deals) that just fraudulently separated you from your money?!?

When we arrived in the drive through for the 05-26-22 incident an employee was visible inside at one of the tables happily scarfing her own food. At one point she even got up, fooled around with something at the counter, all the while appearing to intentionally avoid looking over at our vehicle, waiting patiently in the drive through. . .

At this point we are out over $50.00 for food we have paid for and never received from this location. . . I hate to disparage anyone in the fast food industry, especially these days as there are many ridiculous, entitled and inhuman customers out there, but this location has become garbage. . . In the past my wife has left nothing but positive reviews concerning this location as there "have" been some great employees who "worked" there. . . All past tense. . . The two incidents referenced have all occurred in the last year and do not reflect the quality customer service this location once had.

My advice, if it's early enough in the day to get hot case from the Shell station next door. . . Eat that instead. . . Their selection is ridiculously vast and all of it is good. If it's late at night, don't bother with this location. You are like to end up spending money without receiving food (using the app), or waiting in a drive though that no one will come to, if ordering on the spot. . . Go down the road to the Burlington Blvd location. There's already a line there, but they're open when they should be, friendly and efficient!

UPDATE 06-19-22: I have done as they asked, shared my experience at the link provided, twice in fact. . . No one from Corporate or their Franchisee group has returned my inquiry or contacted me in any way. . .

Still no refund. Google Maps has refused my edit of their operating hours, twice now, in spite of their demonstrable pattern of closing long before their...

Probably the most bizarre fast food experience I’ve ever had. All external doors to the building were locked (at 2pm) so I snuck in when someone inside opened the door for someone else. No one spoke very good English, everyone was speaking Spanish inside. Not a problem if they could take an order and everything but… they couldn’t.

There was an ad for the jack wrap on the counter so I asked for one of those and then the cashier had to come around the counter to look at what I asked for. Then herself and another worker spent a while trying to figure out what to punch into the till before deciding on a chicken sandwich twice the value (in the end I did get the wrap). To close out the order I asked for a bottle of water and they clearly heard what I asked for because I heard mention of ‘agua’ but when I got the receipt it was just the beef burger I ordered and the chicken sandwich I did not.

I figured they more or less balanced out the order by intending to give me the bottle of water for free (it still wouldn’t have made up for the chicken burger being twice the cost of the wrap) but when I was handed the order there was no water and at that point I could not be bothered to deal with anyone anymore.

So… building was locked, couldn’t order properly, was overcharged, items were missing… and suffice to say I will never stop here again. The food was still pretty good though I’ll...

We ordered through the drive-thru. The person taking the order was obviously trying to rush us through the line with anattitude which seemed odd as we were the only customers in the drive-thru. When we got to the window, the person in the window repeated our totaltous which was fine, but this was the only thing they said to us. Our drink was handed out the window without saying anything and our food was practically shoved out the window without any further acknowledgement or confirmation that we had received all of our order after which the window was immediately shut so we couldn't say anything at the time. Per usual, we always check our bags to make sure we got everything we ordered (two tacos, two chicken sandwiches, and a jr bacon cheeseburger). All of the wrappings in the bag matched what we ordered, so we thought our order was correct and drove home. After unwrapping the "jr. bacon cheeseburger", it was discovered that there was no bacon which means I was basically robbed because I was charged for the bacon cheeseburger, but only received a regular cheeseburger. Normally, I would just brush it off because I understand that mistakes can be made sometimes and nobody is perfect, but withthe overall experience, I felt something...

I had to call the Police Department on an individual harassing customers in the parking lot there. He also went inside cussing and yelling. The police department said they didn't have any calls from Jack In The Box, I suggest they do if they check and hear customers being harassed. One worker walked by during one instance. I called but it rang and rang and rang and then hung up. Apparently the number in Google maps is incorrect. It needs to be documented and he needs told to leave. If he doesn't leave and something more happens, he will be arrested. Your customers deserve you protecting the premises by following this protocol.

I just spent $32 for 4 butter bacon burgers through drive thru..... They forgot the Butter! Bone dry ... Yuck I was actually craving this since last night. I went through the drive thru, all lights were on, Open sign... No one greeted me so I pulled forward and was then told that they were closed. My bad, where I'm from Jack is open 24/7.... So night manager needs to shut of your lights when not in service. I tried to call multiple times before posting this, but no one answers.... I am posting with hope that their manager sees this.

Unfortunately customers are not allowed to use restrooms. If you want to be able to eat, drink, and freshen up, best find another restaurant. As you can see from their reply below, their response to a pandemic is to reduce access to restrooms and hand washing. If they had concerns about public health, perhaps cleaning the facilities more often instead of closing them would be more in the interest of both potential customers and public safety.
