Ordered 2 Drinks, No prices on menu, Was extremely surprised at the $24 price tag Payed with no fuss as i usually like their drinks, Got home,One was delicious, One drink was undrinkable, Called and asked if it was possible to get a new drink, They were very kind over the phone, said they would remake it, Or whatever drink i’d like in exchange, I drove all the way from home, Waited in line, They were not kind in person, She was snotty about getting my drink, They asked what was wrong again, I just said it was bad and i called, She said, “ Well we can’t just remake your drink because you didn’t like it”. She didn’t say any of that over the phone, before i drove all the way back, Over the phone she said it would be remade. And proceeded to tell me that my new remade drink would be $7, I felt very on the spot to pay for my new drink, and only did, so my sister would be happy with her drink, I loved this company but this interaction completely shut me...

Little pricey but great people!

Updating my review a year later I've been going there because it's close to my house still on the pricier side but they are small business and I'm okay with that. I often order one of their lotus 20 to 24 oz usually and I ordered my partner an Americano, and it comes to around 13 bucks with tip. Today I was asked if I wanted a 32oz drink instead of my normal 20 or 24 and I said sure. I ended up paying 11.60 before tip for a 32oz lotus mixed with a alternative milk. That's absolutely insane. When I commented my surprise I was just told it's for the add ons... If there is a 4 or so dollar difference then you should tell your loyal customer of a couple years 2-4 times a...

South Bay Coffee Company is one of our cherished local staples of the north Olympia community. Not only is cleanliness and safety one of their main concerns, They know their jobs well and their coffee is some of the best in town. They learned what I drink after the second time I went there and it is always consistent and they are extremely friendly. They give back to the community and have shown their support for first responders during this pandemic. I am proud to say I get my coffee from the South Bay...
