Mon Sep 22 there was only 1 employee, a gentleman and he did amazing. However, there have beeen various other times where I’ve went and the service takes WAY too long. Employees here are more worried about filling mobile orders, and are ok with letting people wait a long time in line. One time I waited almost 10 minutes just for them to take my order. Today I went in wanting to be in and out in 15 minutes, and they did not even get to me to get my order. There were 2-3 employees today. First, I will say they need MORE employees here. Second, they need to train the staff that mobile orders do not take precedence over people in front of you. And if you need more employees just to focus on mobile orders, then the real point it, I expressing this feedback so that the managers take note-I’ve been to Starbucks all over, and this is consistently the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. the counters were filthy, no working restroom, hmm how are employees washing their hands?? of three employees, only one making drinks. most customers were in a rush... no sense of urgency detected in the two employees twiddling their thumbs. from the outside, and inside it appeared no lights were on. I almost thought the place was shuttered, windows filthy. oh yeah, I had to correct the girl making the drink 2x. and she still didn't get it right. what should have been a 5 minute stop ended up taking 30 minutes. We won't make that mistake again.

As I remembered it used to be a Travel America’s restaurant and I went in just to check if they were affiliated with the TA travel center. I was gonna leave after they confirmed (cause usually those Starbucks shops serve really poor quality coffee) But after talking with one of the team members (I hope I remember his name correctly - Harrison) decided to stay and I did not regret.
