Subway — Restaurant in Washington

I have shopped at this location occasionally for the last 6 years, and usually I go into the store to make my purchase. Going in person, I've never had an issue. Today, I made an online order with 3 sandwiches, which was a total disappointment. Two of the three sandwiches had less than half of the items requested to be on them (missing items, wrong sauces, no cheese, not toasted when requested to be toasted). I called the store and got a new employee, who was not informed on procedures to remedy or able to get ahold of anyone with experience as they were the only one on shift for a couple hours.

Bottom line: I will never tip at this location again or do online orders. It's like a previous reviewer said: once they know how much you're paying, they give you the bare minimum. The sad thing is that I tipped on this occasion, and my previous in store experiences have been great. Truly...

While visiting a friend in Roy, we decided to get something to eat and Subway Sandwich was the nearest food spot. This spot seems very small from the outside, but much larger inside! This spot was very clean and the vegetables were fresh! The sandwiches (6 total) were on point and we received a handsome discount! This spot has a great deal of the week (Buy a 6" at Regular Price and get a 2nd for $0.99) and though we bought six footlong sandwiches and chips, the young lady making the sandwiches gave us a deal! Both employees were fast, friendly and worked great togather! I definitely would recommend this Subway Sandwich in McKenna!!!...

Hands down the best Subway around! Food is always fresh staff is always very pleasant and helpful, and patient as the person I take to Subway speaks fairly quietly and it's hard to hear sometimes. The restaurant is clean well-lit and always clean. As we always order the 12in vegetarian it is important that the vegetables are fresh, we have never had a problem and we go at least once a week. The gentleman I visit this restaurant with is in a motorized wheelchair and he is able to move around freely within the restaurant oh, so the space is accommodating to a motorized wheelchair.
