Stopped in for lunch at about 1:15pm on 7/16/23, asked a few questions, which seemed to annoy the guy that was working who was preparing online orders. He even continued to give me dirty looks after I sat down. Bro, it's ok for customers to ask questions, as it's our hard earned money we are forking over. Rule #1 in the restaurant business, dont take things personal, you work for a company, and that company charges prices for items that you dont have control over, and when a consumer asks about pricing, dont assume we all go to subway everyday and should know or understand how the pricing works. Utilize this as a learnig opportunity to grow and further your career. Assume every consumer has never been to your restaurant, and be the expert at answering any possible questions, professionally and courteously. Your business is a fast food business, consumers are potentially on their lunch break, which can be only 30 min, and every minute counts for them, and any help you can provide so they dont have to stare at the smorgasbord of menu items above your head trying to find the pricing for the item they want, or if a combination of items is possible, the quicker you get them on their way so they can spend lunch time actually eating lunch, which is a win-win for everyone. I ultimately decided not to dine-in and eat in my vehicle instead. I'm still giving 4 stars, as the food did appear and taste fresh, and the lady that took my order, was very professional and courteous, despite my multiple questions or confusion about a few things. They didnât just have a bad day, they are always like this. They took it to a new level this time. Not only will they tell you to pay extra if you ask them to give you the usual amount of veggies but now theyâll just start charging you whatever they feel like! I went just left this place and I brought a coupon with me buy one footlong get one free. I ordered they were rude and cheap as usual! But this part was new, the guy charged me a soda which I didnât purchase. I guess he was just mad that I asked for more tomatoes and olives because he literally gave me 5 pieces of olives for a footlong! Then he let me leave the store not telling me to grab my soda I never ordered. I start to drive home and then check the receipt to see the extra charge. Drive all the way back to get the soda I guess since I paid for it. Go back in guy doesnât say a word to me he just points at the cups. Same rude two short Mexican guys. Never going there again. The last time we got 3 foot longs and they gave them self's a $15 tip. When asked they said because we did custom sandwiches. That time it was a in-store order. I know I should of just ask for a refund but was in shock. Tonight we did a mobile order and got a turkey Italiano but it only had turkey on it we called and the lady hung up on us 3 times and said they don't sell that sandwich and was told there is no way we could have ordered it.
