So, went today to grab a quick lunch. There was one teenager working, the other teenager was late. Came in and started taking to the guy helping us instead of jumping in to clear the line behind us that had formed. There were two people in front of us and it took the one sandwich maker almost an hour to make 6 sandwiches. We had four super simple sandwiches and were over charged. I had to ask the teenager to change his gloves after helping at the register, wiping his nose and checking his phone (making us wait while he did). There were no napkins, not offered any, the toppings were minimal. The soda machine wasn’t working because they had no carbonation. Once we sat down, we realized we were charged for 5 sandwiches instead of 4, so we asked for a refund of the over charge. He had to refund the order by giving us cash, then re-ring the order and having us pay with the cash. My daughters and I love subway, but this location seriously needs some management over sight with training, schedules, and cashier training. This whole situation would’ve been greatly improved with the teenagers actually working, instead of moving like sloths. The customer service was unacceptable. I think there should be a manager on duty for weekend shifts in the afternoon to be honest. On a different note the music was inappropriate for kiddos, my daughter even asked what they were listening to. This location NEEDS corporate attention!!! Especially when you pay $55 for four six inch subs, two drinks and three chips!! Just...
Read morePretty inconsistent Subway.
Food: Sometimes the food is great, other times it is really poor. The last time I went the bread was crumbly. Like I picked up my sandwich and the bread crackled and broke into small pieces. It looked fresh and was -not- a toasted sub. Plain white sub roll. Just weird.
I asked for cheddar on a sub recently and they told me that Subway no longer does cheddar cheese. As of 2021, cheddar is the most popular cheese sold in the U.S. Why would they get rid of it?
Service: The service ranges wildly from great to openly hostile. Last time I went it was during the noon hour and the line looped back and forth through the store and out the door. It was one of the 100+ degree days. There were three employees in the store. One working the counter / massive line, and the other two in the back washing bread racks and making more bread. Meanwhile the bread tray out front was full, yet the two people hid in the back and never came to help. It took almost 45 minutes to get through the line.
Update 6/25/2025 Well, the last 4 times I have gone to this location, they were not open, despite Subway.com and Google listing them as open. This was after the new ownership, so this is not related to the 6ish month shutdown they experienced due to embezzlement. At this point I will no longer even try to go to this location, and Subway corporate should revoke their franchise. This location has been a dumpster fire for years, across...
Read moreI ordered 2 full meals online on Subways website and set for delivery. I was not logged in and did not use the app. I received a text from "Serge" at Door Dash stating they would be delivering my order. What I received was a large Subway bag with a white sandwich bag with the 2 sandwiches inside. No drinks, no chips as ordered. I responded to the door dash text but did not receive a response. I then called the store and they said "yeah, the Uber driver didn't pick up everything. It was all sitting right there and I turned away and thought he grabbed it all but didn't". Apparently, the only way to get refunded is through the app. Despite the fact I did not use the app to order. When I logged into the app, it did not show the order (because I ordered on my computer and not logged into the app). Also, it was a large bag that easily could have held 2 bags of chips and 2 bottles of drinks. Both sandwiches were incorrect as well. Overpaid around $10.00 for partial order and...
