Customer service is horrible. We’ve been in multiple times and every time we’ve went the same issue has happened. No one is greeted when walking in. We wait 15+ minutes just to add toppings to our two subs. The young man, Miguel, will wear headphones while taking orders asking multiple times what was said simply because he can’t take his headphones out of his ears. This is very unprofessional. While this is happening the other employees will stand by the register or door frame watching and not helping the next customers that are patiently waiting in line. They will also stop in between making subs to talk and tell stories amongst each other. Tonight we waited 15 minutes while the employee was assisting an older gentleman in front of us, once we finally made it up to the glass to tell him what we wanted not only did we notice majority of the bread was burnt but when we told him what bread we wanted he then told us it was cooling off and he could not serve it to us. Therefore they were out, which can be understandable, but we were in the restaurant for 20 minutes prior and not one time did an employee tell us or any other customer they were out of that bread nor were any signs up stating they didn’t have it. I’ve worked in the food/service industry for 5+ years, these are small issues that can be resolved with communication and pro active employees. These have been reoccurring issues we’ve had at this location. The staff is unattentive, careless, and has no sense of urgency. I am not one to complain at all! Especially with working in restaurants myself, but service and staff like this can ruin a good...
Read moreOrdered online and went in 15 minutes later when the app showed my order was ready (1 sub). Three people in line waiting to order when I got there and then watched 5 more people come in and immediately leave. Only 1 person working, and as usual they were new and left by themselves. Employee was overwhelmed and was taking 5-10 minutes to make each sub. After standing in the store for over 20 minutes they started working on my sub (even though the app showed it was ready). Then was told they were out of what I ordered. I asked for a refund and was told by the employee they didn't know how to do that. Another employee finally came in, looked in the fridge and found the ingredients (the meat) for my sub. After 50 minutes I finally got my sub. I would have left without it but not without getting my money back first....but by that point I was so fed up I started to walk out minus the $10 it cost me for 1 sub. This also isn't the first time I've had to wait or have ordered online only to be told once I go in the store that they are out...
Read moreIt's been 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Mobile order was in the completed orders basket. Not even started or touched because of some "bread" Employees are more interested in private relations and family in store than the orders that are waiting. In the last 20 minutes I've seen only 4 sandwiches completed that ordered after ours..that's 5 minutes to make a sandwich. Approaching an hour for a small order. The workers are calling other employees off shift lazy... like really?? It has been years since I visited this location and it still has the same problems. One employee has been super apologetic and trying to get them finished. Of the two workers, Jessica is NOT helping this girl at all. She would be better off without the distraction. Edit: 5 waiting customers just left the store because they're still working on the 3 an hour later....
