I like to rate coffee shops based off a 5 point system: 1 pt for service, friendly or not, 1 pt for listening to the order and getting it right, 1 pt for temp of coffee & whether shot is burnt or not, 1 pt for price, reasonable, industry average, and finally 1 pt for does it taste good, good ingredients, balanced drink. Urraco had great service (1), listened to our order and got it right (1), perfect temp as requested (not to hot) and perfect shot (1). We had two 16 oz drinks and it came to $10.09, rounded to $12 which is kinda on the high end for two coffees (0). One drink was a soy latte with hazelnut and my husband said it was okay, I had a white chocolate mocha breve and I was disappointed. It was watery enough that I'm not sure it was a breve and you could barely taste white chocolate, so they may have used syrup, I didn't see (0). So overall an okay...
