Chinatown Restaurant — Restaurant in Watertown

Im so disappointed. I have always loved coming here but after this evening I will no longer. Our family has always switched out the white rice for chicken fried rice. Ive been charged an extra dollar or two for them to do so but this evening I was charged 5 a piece. That was an extra 10 they made of us...Now mind you we dont even take the white rice at all. So let along did I get charged the full price for the meal which includes the white rice. They also charged an extra 5 for switching it to the other rice. Im Just dumbfounded that a 20 dollar bill jumped up to 30 over rice and they have never before! When I questioned the lady she wanna act like she dnt kno what Im talking about!! Talk...

Quality has diminished in the last year. The owner//main cook took my order today and seemed depressed, barely could hear his responses. Went from taking my order and using cash register, directly to making food ... no hand washing. Appeared to have a large gray food service bin of par fried chicken sitting next to fryers, not refrigerated on a very warm day. Crabmeat Rangoon left a metallic taste in my mouth. Became sick 1 hour and 45 mins after eating here. This use to be a nice alternative in town, but seems to have issues since competition moved in...

The food wasn't the worst, but the guy taking the order was extremely rude and condescending. He kept making remarks and calling my boyfriend a gold digger because I was paying for our lunch. I've honestly never felt so uncomfortable ordering food in my life. Aside from the extremely horrible customer service, the restraunt was very dirty, with dirty fly swatters stewn through out and all over the counters. My order of lomein was as expected, but the spicy food was far from spicy and the crab ragoons were extremely poorly made. I definitely won't...
