Stonehome Brewing Company — Restaurant in Watford City

We have been here before, food and service was good. However, we took my mother-in-law there on June 2nd because of our past experiences and we we're completely disappointed. There were 2-3 waitresses working and no more than 6 occupied tables during our visit, so it wasn't really busy. It took a good 15 minutes from walking in the door to even get our drinks and the appetizers were a bit slow to come out. The worst and most disappointing aspects though was the inattentive waitress. The entire 90 minutes we were there she came to the table a total of 4 times. We waited 45 minutes after ordering our entrees. At that point we decided to pay for what we had already consumed and were getting ready to flag down the waitress when she walked up with one of the items and said "finally, here you go". I explained to her that we ordered three entrées over 45 minutes ago and we were done waiting, too little too late. I told her I wanted to pay for what we had so far and that we were leaving. With an offended attitude she said "Fine, I'll comp it but there's no manager here right now". So, at least there was that but I honestly doubt we will be going...

I called at 10:30am to see if I could order ahead for dine-in at 11:30. I was told it wasn't a problem, just needed to call back at 11am when they opened. I called at 11am and confirmed twice on the phone that we would be dining in. When we arrived the food was boxed up for pick up. Would not have bothered me to still eat it there just out of the containers but the waitress was very rude and when she brought our food, told us her manager said they were not allowed to do that. I explained that I understood but I had called ahead for that very reason, to make sure it was OK and was told that it was. And the person I talked to on the phone to begin with even asked someone else who also said it was OK. I understood lunch can be busy and we had a shorter lunch today but wanted to take my daughter out to her favorite place. Service did not get any better. My salad had meat on it when I had said no that I didn't want any on it and our pretzel looked like yesterday's dough, very tough to chew and we were given honey mustard dressing instead of the normal that usually comes with it. I've always loved this place from day one. But my last experience was not good. I came by bicycle and a trailer carrying my two young Sons ages 2 and 4. The goal was for some soft serve ice cream. The waitress told me they did not have it so we ordered a pizza. Meanwhile I ordered a beer for me and some Lemonade's for my boys. After about 15 minutes my boys began to get Restless. Actually they became Restless after about 3 minutes because the little girl in the booth behind us got a soft serve Sundae. Finally I had to get up and see what was going on expecting to see a full bar and the waitress quite busy. There were probably 3 to 5 patrons around the bar with very little activity. So I took my boys over to the shuffleboard table and fortunately the discs were there so they got to play around a little bit. About 10 minutes later we went back to the table and our drinks were finally there. When the pizza arrived it was quite dark. Blackened in many areas. My boys would not touch it. I did complain, but the waitress only offered " well I think the oven is a little too hot". I only tipped 10% but I think that...
