Train your employees to be nice. Everyone has bad days but shouldn’t be anyone else’s problem. Drive through employee was just nasty and we weren’t even rude just trying to grab some ice cream for our kids. After ordering two hard scoop cones we pulled up to the window where she opened shoved a bowl at us with two scoops of ice cream and said “Here” and shut the window in our faces with an attitude. All we asked for nicely after she confirmed no birthday cake or cotton candy flavor is what kid like flavors they could possibly have. We settled with huckleberry and asked for them in cones and she confirmed out loud our order back to us but with a nasty tone. I honked our horns at the window and she came back after a few and I told her we asked for two cones. Then she scooped them in cones and gave it to us and didn’t say anything. I didn’t mind the nasty tone because as annoyed as I was at it I decided she probably was just having a bad day but when she shoved the scoops of ice cream in a bowl and shoved it at our faces and slammed the window shut, that was just nasty. I know we won’t be coming around again and I am sure the business will be just fine but do the small community a favor and train your employees to be nice especially if you post and share your business on Facebook . I’d understand if we were rude but there was...

Been here many times....and last couple of times was questionable...but thought I'll try again. Why did i...now ..ill have to work on that. Its a problem with in myself. Never will I waste my money here ...again!! I ordered 2 items. Iced coffee was the worst ive ever had. As I watched kid make it....I was like omg. Barely any coffee...becuse the coffee pot it was in was empty...he took off the cover to get the drops out that were left...he added 1 pump of syrup and barely ice...I asked thats how ur doing it ...he laughed and stated he was rainbow. I said there's not even cream in it...he laughed again. N poured some in. The other drink was a pink fruity one soooo sour not what it was supposed to be at all. They were both dumped out. I cant believe I didn't just walk out!!! It took forever for the 2 drinks to be done. Again more of a...

The wait in line was horrible. Only two other vehicles ahead of me and it was about an hour and a half plus wait. So I sat in line for about 15 minutes before I got up to the telecom. Then when I got to the telecom I literally sat there for 20 minutes before I spoke up quite loudly and then someone came over the telecom and took my small order of 3 swirls in a cup. Then after I ordered I looked at the time and it read 730. It wasn't until 8 that I finally got to the window and then another 15 to 20 minutes until I got my order. I saw at least 3 people in there... So why did it take so long? I don't know what they were doing in there but I do know that it wasn't customer service. My advice to anyone wanting ice cream is to just go to cash wise and get yourself a pint. 15 minutes tops...
