Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Waukesha

I ordered online and when you order chicken strips, you have to get the basket. If you order at the drive up, you can choose, basket or just the strips. Anyway, turned out the best thing about the meal was the onion rings. I ordered Sauced & Tossed Honey BBQ chicken strips. They were too soggy and too much sauce on them for my taste. I didn't like the flavor of the sauce. Not my favorite.

If you order online, DO NOT PICK UP AT DRIVE-THRU. Even though my order was ready, I had to wait for the order ahead of me to be ordered (she had to think about what she wanted), paid for, prepared, and delivered through the window before I could retrieve my order. I'm hoping it works out better for an inside pick-up.

My Blizzard had really tiny pieces of Heath Bar in it. I could barely taste them. When I got to the bottom, it was better. The bottom tasted like normal. But I wish I could have tasted them all the way through. I'll give it a try another time and update the review. Maybe it sat there too long. I arrived exactly 3 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, so I wouldn't have to wait. But then I had to wait in line for over 5 more minutes.

Used app to create order so I could just pick my order and go. When I got to resturant and tried to pick up order I was met at door ( door was locked with sign on door saying dinning room closed) by a gentleman who ask "what do you want?" I said I was there to pick up order created with app, he said I would have to go through drive through to pick up order. There were at least 15 cars in drive through. I ask if he would could just get my order. He replied "that's not how we do things here" and I would have to go through drive through. He ask if I was the order with 3 items on it and I said yes, he said he just completed the order and I would have to go through the drive through. Instead of taking the 30 seconds to just hand me the order he kept on insisting I go through drive through. at this point I told him to cancel the order and we went...

Went thru drive thru june 30 for a blizzard and malt. Malt was aweful, nothing but sugar and unblended syrup/Oreo blizzard had no oreo inside, just sprinkled on top. If i wanted vanilla ice cream I would have gone to the store! SO I took these items back only to talk to teenagers working who could not have cared less. They called Sandra, the so called manager, since I was asking for a refund. The young boy behind the counter was smirking the entire time and tried to make me come back the next day. NOPE! Don't think so. Finally I received a cash refund and I told the boy working he was very RUDE. He then followed me into the parking lot and called me a B--tch.......Of course he yelled this from the door trying to be tough...DO NOT VISIT...
