Java Jive Coffee House & Roastery — Restaurant in Waupaca

I started a mobile coffee business earlier this year, admittedly with very little knowledge of coffee. A friend (Dave's cousin) told me about Java Jive so I reached out to discuss the possibility of working together. Ultimately, I decided to give them a try ( I loved their story) and I could not be more happy. Let me add, by the way, that I have a tendency to be a VERY finicky customer with what seems to be unreasonable standards, at times. With that said, the service I've received has been phenomenal. Moreover, the coffee is unbeatable, in my opinion. We've gotten so much positive feedback on the quality of the coffee and espresso, from people that claim to know. Thank you, Dave & Jaime. I have been to Java Jive a few times and the workers were always so punctual and helpful. I come in for the first time this summer and there's teen workers. First I order a bagel PLAIN with cream cheese. I waited over 5 mins for it. I asked politely if it was ready bc how long does it take to throw a bagel in a toaster? They said it takes over 5 mins just to get it toasted. They never mentioned a time wait for just a bagel. So I waited no harm done. I get the bagel and it's an everything bagel. I asked for plain. I will not be picky and wait longer for a new one. And for the record it only took so long bc all of them were on their phones and laugh loudly in this small building. I will come back when the teens have better...

DELICIOUS Coffee!!! This coffee is so smooth and tasty. I drank it for a week and when I tried my normal grocery store coffee again it actually had a menthol after taste I didn’t notice before. Needless to say, I went right back to this awesome coffee.

I do not like drinking my coffee black, but this coffee I can actually enjoy black.

My favorite light roasts are the: Creamery- which actually has a light creamy taste. Papau New Guinea- which has a brightness to it.

My favorite medium roast is the: Guatzilla- which has a good medium coffee flavor.

My most favorite are the dark roasts!! The Sumatra and Columbian have a deeper flavor that...
