Three times now, we’ve given Little Ceasar’s here a chance. I understand being busy. I understand “dinner rush,” I do believe me. I worked in the field for 5 years. I ordered my pizza at 4:38pm. It said it would be ready at 5:16, and at 5:16 I called as it hadn’t gone in the oven yet even. The guy on the phone told me “there’s like 200 pizzas on the queue right now.” Not “I’m sorry for your wait,” or anything but telling me the # of pizzas waiting to be made. It had been 45 minutes at this point, and he wouldn’t even go look where my order was. Again, I’m an understanding person, and I get the rush. However I asked how long and he told me “well I can’t tell you how long it’ll be without the order name.” My husband has the account, so being just me at home, I did a guest order. I told him the order number and he wouldn’t tell me. I can’t cancel. And the first time I called it rang 10-15 times. He gave me disgusting attitude, and told me probably another 25-30 minutes, but couldn’t tell me for sure.
This is the second time we’ve had this bad of an experience. The other (3rd) time was not as bad, but still took over an hour.
Writing this as I’m monitoring my order on the app, which at this point I should cancel. It was useless talking to the worker, and you’re unable to cancel on the app. Not to mention they don’t answer their phone. After hanging up the phone, the order went “in the oven” per the app at 5:28pm. 50 minutes after the order was placed. At that rate I should’ve made my own pizza, gone to the grocery store or any other pizza place. We do like Little Ceasars, good pizza and generally easy, but waiting over an hour for a chain pizza that was kind of smart-a$$-ish to their customer….not worth it at this point. Not when it’s happened...
Read moreOrder on was to be done between 7:00 and 7:15 arrived at store 7:15 told pizza wouldn’t be ready until for 15 more minutes went back in store was told pizza was in oven 10 more minutes person walk who ordered after my online order gets his order of two meat pizzas and wings. Told my order was ready. Tried giving three pizzas and order of bread sticks. Another employ said my order was in the bottom cabinet. The temperature of the box and pizza where warm at best. While waiting observed the staff doing more talking an giggling then working. To put a group of young people together with out supervision is a recipe for disaster. Like the portal but time have been off for a couple of months now. The excuse of employee shortage wouldn’t work after what I observed tonight. Say good by to a previous customer. Owners get your act together. Also the store was dirty and a piece of equipment sitting in the waiting area full of flour. The atmosphere was one of little regard for the customer. The customers in the store where very frustrated with the time to get portal orders and watching the staff standing...
Read moreAlways on top of things here. Fast and friendly. Let's be honest, these are cheap pizzas made fresh and they're pretty decent. These aren't meant to be gourmet, top of the line pizzas. At the prices they charge, They can't put extra layers of cheese or tons of toppings... But I don't think I've ever received a burnt pizza from them. I've also never had to wait an extremely long time and I've never had an employee treat me badly. If I'm ever having a terrible day and I run out of time, I know I can cheer my kids up by ordering a pizza and it'll be easy to swing in and pick up. And the sizes are really good!
Oh! and the bread sticks...actually way better than other places!
It would be awesome if (since Little Caesars doesn't burn their crust) They would come out with a breakfast pizza! But I'll take what...
