Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Wausau

Service has been great in the past but today was very disappointing. An order was placed on eat street and was cancelled with a notice that they were not doing eat street today. A phone call was attempted to place the order but there was no answer. A person drove to place an order in person. They were told that the order would have had to have been placed an hour before, which was attempted, because of how large it was. It was requested since the entire order couldn't be fulfilled, with food and some other desserts, could the 6 blizzards as least be made and the answer was no. At the time there was only 1 car in the drive thru. I am not sure if they were working on other orders that had been placed other routes but it was not explained as a reason, just no for an answer. What would they say to a family of say 4 if they wanted food and/or dessert? I guess if you have a family don't bother to go because you cannot feed a family food and/or get blizzards as they cannot serve you that amount without prior noticed....

Recently went and paid for EXTRA X3 on my large Cotten candy blizzard. I don’t go often- ONLY when this Is available. So, I aske for “a PINK tinted” ice cream and extra crunchies- X 2 Isaid I k kw they charge extra- no big deal.

But if you’re going to charge them- THEN DO it PROPERLY!!! Just asking to have it done right.

Well came out white with crunchiest on top—littles sprilkels on top- so I thought gI’ve a the bottom a change , maybe it’s Ponk.....

looked to see what the bottom looked like. NO BEETER. No pink- no extra Cotten candy goo, maybe a little more crunchies, that was it. TAL DISSAPPPONTMENT OF $6 PLUS TIP! Rotten Any managers teadine this please - this is not OK too keep...

So I’m standing here and I’m not mad about the messed up mobile order. But the older lady working should work on her customer service or don’t have this job. I literally said I was her for a pick up meaning mobile order. She was confused and thought I was here for a cake order and when she asked what I ordered after proving it was indeed at this location… she replied with “k” the younger lady with dark hair and glasses was very nice. But the other one was very short with me and rude. Also I order this from here all the time via door dash.. so I’ll think again next time. I can’t imagine she’s nice to...
