Ok, I literally HATE this McD's!! I will never go back. 4 times in a row, I have gone for a milkshake (if you can find a place that cleaned their shake machine, the grimace milkshake is VERY good) and was told the shake machine was "down" or hasn't been cleaned the night before so they couldn't sell any shakes or frappe's. One time, I ordered the grimace meal on the app, was brought the food, and a shake that was all watery! The kid said well the machine isn't working right so this is what you get. I told him no, he can take this all back and refund my money. I didn't even want the food. I wanted the shake but they wouldn't sell the shake without me buying the meal! Thank you Mcd's in Chester! They are very happy to sell me a shake every time without purchasing food! So back to this awful place in Waverly... the kid told me to keep the food because they would just throw it away, and he would be back with my money. I waited, and waited, and waited... finally, the app showed that they have me points for the returned shake but not for the food! First off, I paid with money and I wanted money back! Secondly, they could have come to get the food that I said I didn't want either and refunded me for that as well. But they didn't. I was so mad that I knew I wouldn't be able to speak nicely, so I just left. But I will NEVER go back! I have gotten cold food, sandwiches that couldn't be picked up because they were not put together correctly in the package or not wrapped correctly. The drive through is horribly slow, the restaurant is dirty inside. The staff is incompetent... as you can see, I've nothing good to say. Please eat at...
   Read moreJust stopped by this McDonald’s, the first staff member who helped me was polite and helped me with my order , ran my cc payment and sent my kids to my car with my wallet . When my order is served we realized the girl didn’t even finished my transaction and my quarter pounder was not added to my order. When I returned from my car I get another lady , whose since the beginning gave me the worst attitude, rolling her eyes takes my order , didn’t even ask me if I wanted everything on my burger and when I asked her if she could print a receipt from my previous order she tell me I left it there ... refusing to print my receipt so I asked her again and again with an attitude she finally did . As a customer representative of my current job I have never witnessed such an arrogant person who just didn’t wanted to do her job. She told me grab my own cup from behind the counter where she was at and said it was auto service, I don’t usually write reviews for anyone just because sometimes it’s just not the day for such person but this lady was very specific about rendering her services towards me as she continuously smiled to the people behind me. [Food: Hash browns where cold and soggy.] Had to come in from the drive thru because they forgot a few things. Husband asked for a straw and she said "I SAID they are behind you". Must have had him confused with someone else because that was the first time he talked with her. Then he asked if she had a spoon, rudely she replied "Is there anything else you need" while slamming a bag on the counter. I went inside to return my oatmeal because they were out of apple pieces and again she rudely questions me and says this and that, I repeat myself, I want to return the oatmeal.
