Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Waverly

Went here the other day with my wife after a few to one of our Chiropractor's who runs an office next door. We been to many Runza's before some better then others. The primary reason we came to was for conveince, & but also to fill our bellys of course. Upon our experience, & first impression, the place was clean, service was great, & food was fresh, even the fries weren't over cooked which was nice.The only thing we that couldn't help but notice, that a few of the employees showcased really well was how well the acoustics of the restaurant were. But hey I'm glad they were all having a good time, & they did get our orders right, rather then the types often seen at other places that nonchalantly take your order, & still get it wrong. Dined in with some friends from out of town who hadn't yet experienced a Runza. They said it was good, but everybody knows the burgers are far superior. It was a pleasant experience but they forgot one of our items. It did make for some comedy - we were just commenting how novel it is they still mumble your order through the mic. When the gal asked the back why they didn't have that item ready, the reply was "you didn't say it on the mic". "Well, it was on the ticket wasn't it?" LOL. I'm sure this was just a fluke. Very good food , specifically the #2 RUNZA combo.. Friendly people with smiles.. A pleasure way to often offered at other brown bag places.. This place is a fantastic place I'm a commercial driver and good food from a fast food place is needle in a haystack... The only reason that I didn't give it a 5 star is due to the burger even though it was good It had NO veggies in it.. Other than that There great people, friendly service and fast..
