Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Waxahachie

Today was the first and worst experience I've had with any Chic fil a and I've been to many. I ordered my food in the drive thru and the young lady who served me (which I will find out her name and post) had a horrible attitude. Very distasteful to myself and the car behind me. She didnt even speak to the lady behind me. She just walked up and held the card reader up to her car. WOW. I can't believe how rude she was and the fact that she wore it on her face made it that much more horrible. I know good and well if corporate was present she would have never had acted that way. When she brought my food out, she did t say a freaking word. She just handed me the drinks first then the food and walked away. I feel stupid for saying thank you. I just bought a house out here and I like that Chic fil a is right off the highway going toward my house but heck no. I'll go to Red Oak for true customer service. I will never shop this store again. How dare her ruin the culture of your company. People actually come there not just for food but the love your other stores give. Chic fil a is supposed to be a vibe but she ruined that for me. 1 time is all I need. I felt like I was at jack in the box at 1 a.m. in the hood but funny part, you'd get more respect there then I received this morning at your store. Who does she...

This has to be the slowest Chick-fil-A in the entire nation. I’ve never been to a location that was sooooo slow, no sense of urgency ….EVER ….am the only one here with a mobile pass order and am just here waiting for my order, seems to be a full house in there, but again no sense of urgency….so unlike any Chick-fil-A, I have ever visited. Too bad is the closest location to me. I visit regularly and every time there’s a wait even when am the only one.

They just came out to my car. Said they’re waiting on chicken strips “3 more minutes” wow. I’ve never had a quick drive thru experience quite like I do here. Every time!!! My experience today at your location was phenomenal. I’m driving from Dallas to Temple to visit a sick family member, and Joel brightened my day. Perfect professionalism, excellent service, enthusiastic to help, and focused on ensuring I was happy and satisfied.

This is much unlike modern restaurants, and there is much they could learn from the professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness and order this establishment exudes.

My food arrived within moments of completing my order, the establishment is perfectly clean, including the bathroom. 10/10. Thank you for what you offer your community, and keep up...
