Krystal — Restaurant in Waycross

My young lady in the Drive-Thru was so distracted by the two Associates that were horse playing cussing and play fighting behind her that she couldn't stay focused on what she was trying to say to the customer the sign was turned to lunch already myself and a customer in front of me thought we were ordering lunch because of what the sign showed it was 15 minutes till 11:00 we were not told that they were still serving breakfast because she was distracted by the two boys that you can clearly hear over the mic and her headset coming out of the speaker which is totally okay if I got breakfast my concern is the two young Associates horse playing behind her where there is fryers and dangerous equipment the poor girl asked them to please be quiet and they cussed at her and told them she needed to stay focused on what she was doing and don't tell them how to do their job I do greatly appreciate that the young lady at the window was trying her hardest with what the distractions and things behind her were going on the store Waycross on plant Avenue needs to have management that controls their Associates this is not high school even though they are high school age they need to understand that this is a business and that is very dangerous of them horse playing and especially cussing and being extremely rude to the other associate when they are doing what they need to be done this place is getting really bad I enjoy the food I love krystals this company here in Waycross someone needs to come in and investigate how...

I’ve been here many times over the years and the service is absolutely hands down the worst in Waycross fast food restaurants. The wait time is beyond ridiculous. You can go sit down and get your food faster at Applebees than you can at Krystals, that’s not an exaggeration either. It’s not just one incident either it’s every single time ive been there recently. Every time ive been there in the past 2 months the wait time from ordering to receiving my food is 20 minutes at best. I just left there today because drive through is broke so have to order at window. Sat there in drive through 10 min watching 2 cars in front of me just sit there. Same car at window when i pulled in. Taco Bell…fast drive through 2-3 min. McDonald’s Super Busy drive through 5 min or less; Wendy’s 2-3 min; Arby’s 2-3 min; KFC even has you ordered and food in hand in less than 10 min. I read all the reviews on here about Krystals and it’s entirely accurate…slowest drive through ever, rude or disinterested staff, etc. The owner responds with sorry we strive to be better, this isn’t what we want for our guests but month after month no change, still the most ridiculous slow service ever. If you got 20-30 min to burn in drive through by all means go to Krystal but if you want fast food go ANYWHERE else; including sit down dine in restaurants like Applebees or...

My husband had to ask for someone to clean the table we sat at. Then had to ask for a napkin to dry the table. When our order came the kid behind the counter called my husband as he was coming back from the restroom that our order was ready as he was handing my husband the bag. When he got to the table with our food my chilli cheese dog was at the bottom of the bag upside down. And my husband's Krystal chicks were so hard he could barely chew them . In the end he had to take the crust off of them so he could eat them. I ask the kid that took our order who the manager was and he said he was. It was 4:30 in the afternoon. When I ask him who was over him he proceeded to tell me that he didn't know. Nor did he know how to get in touch with a manager. I've been trying to call Krystal since that day one day for 3 hours and all I get is a busy signal. Beings the inside was empty except for me and my husband and I can't believe the drive through is that busy that the phone is always giving me a busy signal.
