Ordered online, you know to save time in line. Got to restaurant when I was told to be there. Which was 20 minutes after order( very reasonable). I went inside and waited 25 minutes before the employee asked me what I was doing there. Told her online order, she said it wasnât ready. Waited another 20 minutes , note there were 3 people in line for in restaurant orders. She asked me what I wanted , and politely I said I simply wanted a refund. She refused, saying Iâd have to call the site I ordered with online. As I told her that isnât a thing , she said she couldnât refund money she didnât take. I advised her the restaurant got the money and she could absolutely refund my money. Well she became even more rude and stated she wouldnt refund my money. I advised her I would contact her supervisor and handle the issue myself. I stepped outside to call the manager, with no jntial contact. I stepped back in to verify the number and she advised me her manager would refund my order the next morning. Terrible terrible experience. I know itâs a subway and you canât expect much, but at any restaurant the least we can expect is at least decent customer service.    Read moreBeing a business owner myself I hate to leave a review like this but I'd feel bad if I didn't. I stop at this subway at least twice a week. And for the last month or so you've seen to of found 2 decent employees by the names of Dakota and Jay who are very friendly and respectful. But the working conditions you have your employees in and customers is absolutely ridiculous!!! For the past month your ac has not been working!!! Your employees and customers have to endure heat while working and ordering food! There is no windows to allow fresh air in so the fans that are running isn't helping at all. It's just blowing hot air around. I understand repair company's may be busy but I'm sure a company who may charge a little more than the other guy could get it fixed for you! It's so hot customers can't even order a fountain drink because you have no ice due to the fact it just melts in your machine cause of how hot it is. I'd be absolutely embarrassed if my employees and customers had to stand inside a building with no fresh cool air for over a month. Luckily as a customer we don't have to endure the heat all day long like your employees do. Hope this problem is fixed soon before you lose...
