C&C Candies and Country Store — Restaurant in Wayne Township

I was really excited when I saw the Italian sub on DoorDash — it looked amazing, like it might have some Italian seasoning or sauce. When I received it, I will say it was huge, fresh, and visually very appealing. But unfortunately, it completely lacked flavor — no seasoning, no Italian sauce, no mustard, nothing. It ended up being a very dry sandwich, which made it hard to enjoy. A simple sauce or dressing could really make a huge difference here.

A little disclosure... do not go here if your hungry. Haha they have so many delicious goodies, we stopped by with the kids and they were in candy heaven. This is a great place to go for any of your baking needs as well. They have everything from sweet treats to baking supplies like candy molds and cookie cutters, all the way to a frozen pizzas and boxes of cereal. We were alittle disappointed after we got home and tried their coconut cream pie and their chocolate cream cheese cupcakes. The cupcakes were dry, and their cakes usually moist. We didn't care the meringue on the pie. Would rather it be without the meringue.
