Starbucks — Restaurant in Wayne Township

Hello, I was the truck driver that got stuck in the drive through exit trying to make a delivery across the street. I just wanted to take a moment to thank the 2 girls that completely turned my day around. I wish I caught their names but unfortunately I didn't. I was visibly upset at myself for putting myself in that position and blocking their exit, I was frantically trying to get unstuck out of the ice to move. These two young ladies came outside with a hot cup of coffee and a delicious warm treat and also offered their assistance. I went through the drive-thru and was promptly greeted. I asked if they had the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew and she said unfortunately they didn't due to it being a seasonal item BUT she said they could make something similar with toffee. So I told her I would try that. I was then greeted by Mack at the window and she was super friendly and asked what I had going on for the day, etc. She then handed me the drinks and I went on my way. My house is close to this location and The store staff are friendly and nice before . So I like to come to this location a lot . I order a drink and 2 things food today 3:08 . When I got there I just saw my drinks ready . I wait another 10 minutes my food still not ready yet . Only one barista saw me waiting and ask me try to help me . It was over 18 minutes since I ordered . No one care here .Finally I got my order 20 minutes since ordering. Staff here no one friendly and help except the young guy barista. So disappointing for this location. I hope someone else may get better service here. I m better go to another...
