Had to stay a couple weeks in waynesboro for work and I am sofa king grateful for Dad's, seriously. I've eaten way too much pizza(not even joking, I think I've picked up 6 or 7 pies) the last two weeks because everything else here doesn't even begin to compare. Tonight I felt adventurous and tried a burger, I'd been putting off ordering anything else because the pizzas have been so good and I didn't want to open up the possibility of being disappointed by something else. Well, jokes on me. I should have tried more things because that burger was beyond words. This place has no business being as good as it is while being so affordable. I'm legitimately going to miss this place when I leave, and if I'm ever even remotely close to this area or passing through west TN I'm making a detour. You guys may not have a plethora of restaurant choices here but boy howdy does Dad's make up for that lack of quantity with quality.

☆ Food: • Fried Pickles: Too much batter, it's ok. • Fried Jalapeños: AMAZING, not spicy!!! • Rose Bowl (spaghetti): One of the best Spaghettis I've EVER had (besides my mom's. ☆ Service: • When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, but the lady was super nice, so everything is fine! They were just super busy. ☆ Atmosphere; • If you are a big sports fan... this is your place. They're are big about football and even have little helmets.

Unbelievably good pizza at good prices. The "any way you want it" approach is brilliant. Order the pizza the way you want without nickle and dime uncharge. If I didn't live 6 hours a way I would be here way too often. I was visiting the area. I ordered a multi toping 10" pizza and it cost me less than the burger and fries I had at the fast food place the next day.

I ate here 3 years ago once and the pizza was horrible. I wanted to give it a second try last night. I went I and sat down at my second desired table because the first one, despite being cleared of dishes was covered with food residues. The second one was slightly sticky, but not covered in crumbs and smeared food. Not a good start.

Nice young waitress took my order for the breaded mushrooms, which I requested yellow mustard with. They were brought out by another server with ranch, no mustard. Easily corrected when my original waitress return to take my order.

After asking several questions to ensure that we were on the same page with how the food would be prepared and presented, I placed my order of a Buffalo chicken sandwich with Bleu cheese instead of ranch dressing and crinkle fries with no seasonings.

The mushrooms were o.k. and only o.k. They went quick, as the portion was moderate. I did not have much to do while I waited over 30 minutes for a fried chicken sandwich and fries.

When the sandwich arrived it had Bleu cheese on the side and guess what on the bun, yep.... ranch dressing. The very nice waitress apologized and brought me a new bun and lettuce which had been covered with the ranch.

While I waited for the new bun I figured I would eat my fries. I couldn't. They were colder than room temperature, as though they had been in a chiller. I love all potatoes and will eat just about any of them, but these I could not stomach.

As for the chicken sandwich, it was warm enough even after waiting for the new bun. Probably overcooked because the center was as chewy as a tire.

I believe in giving every restaurant that doesn't have filth or obvious bugs a second shot after one bad experience. Two bad experiences over three years apart are not bad days, but poorly run restaurants.

Having lived 50 years in a big city with literally thousands of restaurants within 30 minutes competing for your business I have learned that generally food sucks in small towns because there is so little competition and no one living there has better options and the owners are never forced to improve or even maintain a high standard. The restaurants all raise to the same level of suck, because the other option is fast food, or costs more.

This restaurant will never see my business again. I will not waste my hard earned money on bad food there again.

I do...

Stopped by, hoping to try a new pizza place that I heard was a Buffet… had trouble even finding the front door… almost look like a bathroom entrance door, even had a strange sticker on it…? So I wasn’t sure where to go in I walk in to a very clean and nice looking restaurant, but no employees to be found…. I make my way over to what I think is the dining area again first time or at the restaurant I do not know but yet again, no staff a few tables seated, but not one staff. There to greet me or show me to a table or even let me know what to do to get access to the buffet…. It honestly just felt awkward, and I turned around and left didn’t even get a chance to try the food. I noticed a welcome center with no one there as well…. After reading a few of the reviews, it seems like this place is heartfelt to the drive-through world and that’s where I noticed a few of the employees hurtled around talking and on their phones and that’s honestly what sealed the deal for me and made me leave, did not feel welcomed at all…. Maybe keep someone at the posted area where it says, welcome to greet your customers and seat them…might...
