Family-owned and run, this is hands down some of the best chicken I ever had the pleasue to enjoy! I live in Los Angeles and stumbled across Augie's restaurant by chance while on a cross-country road trip. I'm driving back to Florida in a few weeks and will go out of my way to visit El Pollo Rico once again - it is THAT GOOD!!! A must eat. Very relaxed settings, but the food is off the hook deliscious! Very friendly family-owned...

The chicken is so flavorful and tender and moist. Way better than the rotisserie chicken we have been getting at the supermarket! And the rice and beans are great!
