Whataburger — Restaurant in Weatherford

I understand this is a new store and the employees are learning as they go. However, I used to be a team Leader back over in Arkansas in a corporate store and seeing how this one runs it's honeslty disappointing. Lobby employee does not greet guests and runs off leaving guests waiting to order. Uniforms like name tags are either worn on the hat or just gone. And I'm watching the manager on duty taking over the dine in lane. They're not using the condiment tray when delivering dine in orders.

I ordered a double junior w/cheese with mayo, mustard, sweet n spicy, and lettuce. Large onion ring and large drink. It took them 18 minutes to get my order to me. I opened my burger to see it overflowing with sweet and spicy sauce. My single wrapper (supposed to be 2) is sopping wet. Cant even eat it without getting my hands stickym But at least my onion rings came out fine.

I think the market leader needs to come check out this store and dine in themselves. There's about 8-10 people back there and they're having horrible SOS times. I hear no communication in the kitchen so no wonder they're so slow. Hopefully they straighten out the leadership here and get things flowing.

I have gave this place a few times to get a feel for it, and last night topped it off. First time we dined in shortly after opening day. Food was good, but an off duty employee made a whole scene about her drink going missing a demanded a new cup from the manager. The yelling and cursing was completely unnecessary. 2nd time, ordered breakfast pickup and didn’t receive the whole order. I reported it through the website and never heard anything back. That was $5 gone. 3rd time was a free cheeseburger reward order that was placed through the app for pickup and it took 20mins. Cars behind me were getting food quicker then I was. 4th was actually a good experiences. Late night order placed through the app for pickup and service was great and the food hit the spot! 5th and last time I will probably eat here. Late evening order placed through the app for pickup. It took nearly an hour to get our whole order. First they brought out the drinks and burgers, forgot the fries, then took another 15mins for fries. Got home and one of the burgers wasn’t made correctly, and fries were completely cold. Husband and I didn’t finish. I regret not...

The food here is excellent! I am from Oregon and have had a lot of fast food, and this is the best place I have ever had. I got their spicy chicken sandwich and it was spicy and had good flavor. The pico de gallo burger was also good. The fries and ketchup are good as well as the jalapeño ranch. The prickly pear raspberry lemonade and banana pudding shake were also amazing. If you are from a town that doesnt have whataburger definitely make a trip here, you will not regret it! Definitely getting a good amount of food for the price as well, they do not skimp on the servings. And the service is also really good!
