QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Weatherford

If I could take the star away, I would. I drove out from the city yesterday and convinced my local friend to go try this place because in the city, QDOBA is fantastic. She hadn't been there yet because she had heard mixed reviews. I see why now. How a chain restaurant could be so different is beyond me. We came at 12:30pm lunch and got our food to go. Customer service here gets a 0. All the employees seemed put out by even having to make our food. We get to the register and the guy rings us up for our food and 2 drinks. We get to the drink dispenser and there is no ice, no carbonation in the soda, and only four drinks to choose from (everything else was out). When I asked for lids, he said they were out. I asked him why he didn't inform us of all this before he even charged us for drinks. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. We get back to my friend's house and the food was disgusting. Cilantro lime rice tasted like plain steamed rice. No cilantro flavor. No lime flavor. The black beans were so old they were crunchy. The lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were soggy. They make some really good food as long as they have everything in stock..🌯

This QDOBA is one of our favorite places to stop for lunch or dinner!

Their food is almost always fresh and hot, there’s the occasional days when the rice is hard or something is out of stock.

The women’s restroom decor looks really neat but I was upset to see the room in the condition it was in. Thankfully I always carry my small disinfectant spray with me so I could clean up the mess for myself and there was also no seat covers in stock.

Lowered my rating, I’m tired of paying the higher prices for only half of my meal. How are you out of stock on Queso, Guacamole and Sour Cream all at the same time?! Dont get me wrong, I love Qdoba, however this Qdoba rushed us and refused to make more fajita veggies 30 minutes before they closed, saying they would take at least 10 minutes to cook and that they were closing. I have worked at Qdoba before and I know how long it takes to cook things! They rushed though the process leaving my regular size burrito bowl with the same amount of food that my wife had in her mini size bowl (which was definitely not overfilled.) After that when we were leaving, a couple walked in and turned around and walked out. We asked them what happened and they said they felt bad about making them work when they were closing. The store wasn't even closed for another 15 minutes! SMH Qdoba!
