Dunkin' — Restaurant in Webster

Hello, I wanted to share my experience at your location on 1/29/24 I come through regularly before my shift and I’ve never had an issue until tonight.

At 10:40 PM, the employee on duty rudely stated, “We don’t have anything but iced coffee.” Even then, my order was made incorrectly. I requested a large iced coffee with 5 caramel, 5 cream, 4 sugar, and an espresso shot. Since caramel wasn’t available, I substituted another flavor—but I could barely taste any sweetener at all. The order also wasn’t labeled with a sticker, making me question whether it was made correctly despite repeating it multiple times.

Additionally, when I pulled up to the window, I noticed a whole trash bag carelessly tossed on the ground right in front of it, which was concerning.

I rely on this location because it’s the only option open during my shift, and I’m genuinely disappointed by the lack of care in service and cleanliness. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for...

The fact they have so many bad reviews on this and not much has changed I doubt they check this. But I gotta say. Most, If not all, employees are great and go above and beyond (minus a couple). The problem is them being overworked. And HIGHLY under appreciated. They work for minimum wage and the tips taken away on top of it. And management just treats them like disposable pieces or garbage he can just use up til they're burnt out. I've never seen management and owners treat employees so poorly. I'm speaking as a manger of my own store myself and I would never treat people the way they treat people here. And they wonder why there's such a turnover rate like that and they have to OVERWORK the GOOD employees that DO STAY.-100 out of 10 stars. I'm sorry but this place doesn't even get a half a one. THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN ON THE PLANET NOT EVEN A NEW YORK DUNKINS IS THIS BAD!!!! Rude staff, slow service! I don’t want to hear any garbage about how much they get paid, THEY CHOSE THIS JOB the least you could do is do it right or quit!! Nobody wants their first interaction in the morning before work to be a cranky old lady who is annoyed to even take your order! Forget it if you want more than one thing how dare you. 15+ min to get your order in a line of two people HOW it’s like that no matter what. You want coffee after your night shift? Ha. 24 hours except they disappear to hang out outside will watch you pull in to the drive through and NOT GO INSIDE hoping you leave. This location single handedly made me wean myself of Dunkins !!!
