Labor day traffic on I10 heading back to Houston from Austin - OH MY. What is normally a 2.5 hour drive took us 4.5. There were more slow drivers in the left lane than EVER. We were passing on the right every chance we got but because of that and the number of folks that would take an exit to try and get ahead simply caused the traffic to stop. We were pleasantly surprised with the service, price AND quality of the sandwiches we ordered. The service was so slow I literally stood there for 40+ mins getting a 6inch sandwich! Then for them not to be fully stocked! No lettuce, no Mayo, no cheese for the pizzas and one oven! Come on now if you know how many people go in and out this place you would think to have an extra oven 🤦🏻♀️ Then to have your employees not in uniform with shorts up their ass and for them to take their sweet time… the dining area was filthy as well for the drink...

It's so good we typically plan our trip around stopping here. I usually get Texas Burger but this time opted for Subway. It was freshly prepared and all the meat and fixings were really packed on there. It was a great Subway sandwich. Also, the owners are always nice and helpful and they know how to hire great staff! If you are passing down I10, don't pass by here!!! Stop in and enjoy some great food and Texas...
