Texas Burger — Restaurant in Weimar

Ordered a Swiss mushroom burger that came with no Swiss & no mushroom. Lady preparing the food rolled her eyes when the counter person told her what it was missing (in Spanish of course). The older white lady (not in uniform) yelled at me “it was right the first time because the cheese is in the mushrooms”. I told her there were no mushrooms on it either & that shut her royal rudeness up. When the burger came back out, there were cold mushrooms under the patty & Swiss cheese on top of the patty - not “in the mushrooms” like her royal rudeness claimed. I’ve been to many TxBurgers across the state & this is the first time I’ve had an issue or got attitude...

I stopped in this evening for a bite to eat after working 15 hrs shift. As soon as I walked, I noticed there was no one working the counter. As hungry as I was, Subway next to the counter looked really good. I went with my first instinct and asked if the TX burger was open. The girl helped me out and took my order. As I was waiting, I noticed the cook making my burger and fries while he was eating and not using gloves. It was very disgusting, but I was super hungry. I won't stop there ever again. They need to teach the workers better hygiene, and this cook needs to be replaced he looked very filthy, and I'm sure he didn't...

Found this place on the side of i-10 going west bound and decided to stop in. Got the basic combo 1/3 pound burger, Onion rings and a soda. The onion ring portion was generous, although they were a tad on the over done side almost burnt. The burger was good quality, something comparable to a whataburger in style. The basic combo was under $11, The place was very clean and organized, the staff was young and quick!
