Im a regular and almost always order the chicken tender meal with an extra side of gravy but this time they watered down the gravy alot:( it wasnt even a thick gravy anymore. They also didn't close one of the gravy containers and it got all over . I'll be going to the Mid Rivers location from now on.
Update: After a few years I decided to try it again. I ordered a chicken strip basket at the menu and the guy taking my order was pretty friendly. I then waited behind a car full of teenagers chatting with a few of the employees for over 5 minutes. When theyre finally done talking I pull up to the window, the lady with dark hair and glasses took my payment (not the guy who took my order. Carter's name is on the receipt ) While she was processing my payment I opened my box and see there is no gravy. When she opened the window to return my card I asked, doesnt this come with gravy? She than said they ran out. I asked if I could have a sauce replacement and that the guy at the menu didnt tell me you were out of gravy. This shouldve been mentioned before I paid. I was already contemplating leaving while in line due to the goofing off. The last time I visited here the gravy was watered down excessively. But this issue seems to be a constant struggle for this restaurant. I told her about my last experience and now what had happened tonight. I asked what was up with that. And she said she didnt know. But I know now. It seems this restaurant is ran by a bunch of kids. Their friends should have came inside to chat. Instead they were hanging out the Windows (both drive through and car) passing a phone around and talking very loud. With a customer waiting behind. I work in customer service and this is not the way a company wants to be viewed. I really hope this gets back to the manager so they can train their night team better with communication and general...

Come back to the store explain the situation and the ask me to park in the front of the store. After I waited for the burger for a second time the bring the burger I opened just to be sure and then guess what? This time the gave me a burger with just cheese. I have to go in to the store for a 3rd time and redo my burger for a incredible 3rd time. When he finished he only gave me my burger I needed to ask for fries since the ones they gave me the first time were already cold. Incredible how they didn’t even apologize and ask me if I wanted at least an ice cream for compensation. Really ugly experience! Hope services get better soon at this location. Unbelievable freaking unbelievable after I got home for a second time I opened the burger they redid for a 3rd time and still wrong. I come back to the store for a 3rd time spoke with the manager explained everything she told me she will do it herself she comes back and still for the 4th time she made my freaking burgers wrong. So yes it took 5 burger, 2 trips to the store to speak to the manager to get a single burger done right. No compensation, no fires, no drinks, no money return, no gift card, no nothing. I had to go back home for a 3rd time to eat cold fries and a watery drink....
Read moreI waited for about 5 minutes until the cashier decided to finally come. She saw us walking in and then went straight in into back area. Next she started doing something with the bags. She even looked at us while doing it. I started to make a face and look at my watch when she finally came to take our order. After I got my family's order, mine was wrong. I looked at my ticket and she did everything correctly. I spoke to another employee and explained to her what happened. She was very nice and apologetic. When she told the employee in the back that she needed a remake, he yelled back did it say plain on the ticket? The employee said said then turned to me and said well if it her order was right she wouldn't even be up here. I was about to say something to that rude employee but I didn't. That same employee brought my food out herself and made sure it was correct. Again she apologized and said have a great day. I'm assuming she was the manager.
