Great Breakfast Place. I love this place. It's nothing fancy so don't come if you care about the decor & if the tables and chairs match because they don't. Also be aware that as far as I've seen there is only 2 people that work there for now, the cook and the woman who takes your order & brings you your food, so you need to be patient and kind. Honestly though I think things go reasonably quick & my food has been hot. It's the closest thing I've found to an old type "mom & pop" diner and that is a rare find these days. The food is GOOD, tastes home cooked, not over priced and there are plenty of things to choose from or you can build your own breakfast. There's even cereal & donuts. Oh, one more thing, you do eat on real plates and you have to clean them off as well as your table when your done. There is a dish bin by the trash for the plates & silverware. So if you like to have someone clean up after you this may not be the place for you. I think cleaning up your dishes & table just adds to that feel of a home...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is an absolute hidden gem. Incredibly affordable and an unique dining experience. We came for breakfast and became intrigued by the numerous unique options. From make your own breakfast sandwiches (choose from multiple bread, meat, cheese, and etc.) to falafel, and coming soon (02/01/21) tacos. The place has what must be hundreds of mugs for their quite good coffee, of which you can pick one to drink from. What a quaint little place, and I'm sorry to not have been here sooner. This has become another instant favorite of ours. The pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and bacon were all done to perfection. Those pancakes, wow are they really good! This restaurant is large and inviting into its home kitchen/ dining room feel. We will definitely be coming back, and not just to try...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was excited they had a Slinger on the menu, but after the first bite, I realized the chili was obvisouly from a can and not homemade. My wife ordered two eggs over easy, and I had ordered scrambled on my slinger, but they mixed the order up and swapped the eggs on our food. Funny thing is, they did the same thing to the table next to us as I heard them tell the waitress about it. Im also a big fan of biscuits and gravy so I tried my wife's, and also immediately realized that the sausage gravy was from a can too. In fact, it tasted just like that Great Value brand sold at Walmart which I had just made for breakfast last weekend. Don't get me wrong, the food wasn't bad, just "Meh", and nothing special. Probably a one and...
