I took my 7 year old daughter there for a last minute appointment. We were getting pictures taken and she had recently decided she wanted to get her long hair cut short. We went in very excited with photos picked out of her new hair style. The cut was an asymmetrical swing bob with a swooping bang (nothing new or crazy). Once she was taken back by the stylist, I showed her the main photo and we discussed starting a bit longer and letting my daughter decide if she wanted to go shorter once she saw the initial cut (which she did). The stylist didn't have any concerns about the cut and seemed to have a good grasp of what we wanted. She did the "big cut" while her hair was wet and then dried it to do the bangs. As soon as it was dry I could immediately tell that it was nothing like what we had discussed. It was already so short I was worried to say anything, in fear of my daughter losing any additional length. Then with one quick cut, the stylist cut her bangs straight across her forehead, about an inch in length. They were not long, swoop bangs that we discussed and showed her, they were SHORT mini bangs. It changed the entire look that she wanted. At this point I was trying not to get mad or upset, as not to alert my daughter to any issues. The stylist quickly finished, we paid and left. The minute we got in the car my daughter's first words to me were, "this isn't at all like the picture." And she was right, there was no swing, no asymmetrical cut and the long swing bang she wanted was short and wasn't laying right. I'm disappointed in the cut. I understand it is hair and that it will grow back. I am upset for my daughter, as she had grown her hair out for 4 years and then decided to get it cut, with a specific style picked out. Needless to say we will not be going back and it will be a long time before we are able to trust anyone to cut...

I wanted to update and add that I received a full refund this morning and an apology. I highly appreciate the salon making the situation right.

I honestly did not want to leave this place a bad review but I feel like people should get a fair warning. I had my first appointment with them on a Friday and my hair color was absolutely butchered. A total balayage fail. It looked like I let someone do my hair out of their basement. I paid $350 for this, the most I have EVER spent on my hair. I simply wanted some blonde in my ends for dimension. I ended up almost all blonde, patchy AF, my blonde "money piece" had a huge patch of brunette right in the middle, half the blonde was orange, and she bleached the back of my shirt. I called and spoke with the manager the next day and she set me up with, her words, a top stylist on Monday. I went in today for the fix, she suggested lowlights. It's definitely better than when I left on Friday but it's still no where near what I asked for originally. I feel like my hair looks the same today as it did on Friday when I got there. So I essentially spent $370 after tips for a hair cut and a money piece. My poor hair is fried. I need to go somewhere else for a color correction and will probably have to go dark all over when I originally went in just for some dimension. I dont have the money for this considering I just spent almost $400 on my hair! More than I have EVER spent in my life. I'm so upset and I'm going to have to live with this hair for the next few months until I can afford getting...

Nice salon, much bigger than you would think. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. I don't think I would go back. The stylist I was given gave me the cut she wanted me to have, did everything I asked her not to. Said 4 times I love my long hair. It was about 4 inches from my waist. It's now 2 inches past my shoulders. (she took about 2 years worth of length.) I told her my hair springs up a lot. Don't cut my bangs above this point. She did. Now my bangs are well above my eyebrows, I wanted long side swept bangs. I asked for layers, she layered around my right side of my face its obvious its not right. Im super unhappy with my experience with this stylist, I feel she litterally didnt listen to a word I said. When I sat there is shock saying this is too short, I didn't want this, doesn't look at all like any of the pictures I showed her, she said, but it's cute. If it was what I wanted it may have been. But my hair doesnt look at all like the 4 pictures I showed her that I wanted. All the pics were long hair that was mid back length. When people say oh, you got your hair cut, But not that they like it or it looks cute....That's when you really know,someone has jacked up your hair. Now l don't want to...
