Reply: As i told you this is happened with me second time.If certain dishes are frequently out of stock, it would be better to shorten the menu to maintain quality and consistency. The lack of attention to food quality and customer satisfaction is concerning. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service. The presence of hair in food and the lack of flavor are not minor issues; they are significant problems that require immediate attention.Instead of focusing on explaining the situation, it would be more better to address the issues related to food quality, availability, and customer service. I recently visited here for the second time, and unfortunately, my experience was very bad. Both times, I encountered issues with menu item availability and food quality.During my visit, I initially ordered the Prantha, which was unavailable. When I asked for Paneer Pakora, which was listed on the menu, I was informed that it was also not available. I finally order Kadhai Paneer. However, the dish was a letdown. Upon taking a bite, I was dismayed to find a HAIR in the food, which was not only unappetizing but also concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Furthermore, the dish lacked flavor and was completely tasteless. Given the inconsistencies in menu item availability and the poor food quality, I would not recommend to others. As a paying customer, it's disappointing to have such experiences, which can be frustrating and a waste of time and money.I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and takes necessary steps...

In the vast culinary landscape of northeastern Nevada, where Indian flavors are a rare treasure, discovering Sher E Punjab Dhaba in Wells felt like stumbling upon an unexpected gem in the desert. Coming from Florida—a place where Indian cuisine flourishes in abundance—the contrast was striking, making this find all the more rewarding.

Nestled in a modest location, this restaurant defies expectations with a warmth that transcends ambiance. The host, gracious and welcoming, set the tone for an experience rooted in genuine hospitality—a reminder that great dining isn’t just about food but also about the people behind it.

And then, the food. Simply superb. Authentic, rich in depth, and crafted with care, each bite carried the unmistakable essence of home-cooked perfection. Whether it was the fragrant basmati rice, the velvety curry, or the unmistakable embrace of well-spiced naan, the meal delivered exactly what it should—comfort, tradition, and delight. Even more surprising was how the flavors evolved overnight, deepening upon second-day indulgence, proving that true Indian cuisine only gets better with time.

Was the 45-minute drive from Elko worth it? Without hesitation. Sher E Punjab is more than just a restaurant; it's a testament to culinary dedication, proving that sometimes, the best dining experiences are those discovered in the most unexpected places. Will definitely be driving back...

I am sad to say. The resturant gets a 1 star with me. The husband and i decided to go on a date and we had walked in the atmosphere was nice. The server said for two and we followed him to a table that he cleaned off and walked away not telling us nothing so we sat ourselves. He came back to the table and brought us water. And then left again. He came back to the table and asked us if we were ready. He hadn't even given us a menu. He bring us two and walks away.when he returned we were not ready at that time.So he left. Once we had figured out what we would love to try as we rarely eat indian and were very excited to try. There was 1 large family and then the rest of the 5 tables were single or couples and one of the 5 tables had gotten there food and were finishing up and leaving. A table had been waiting for there food for 45 mins and finally got it . There was a another table say they wait time was over 1hr and had not got there food. I dont want to hate on another restaruant. And i dont know if there was problems with staffing, or other problems. But definitely a clear understanding of wait time for a small business would help out alot either the server can say or a sign to let patrons know that there wait time is long i think that would solve a lot of issues. The sever seemed out of sorts and dont know if he was properly trained to work the front of houses. Maybe, hope...

Pure India! From the questionable outside appearance the mostly empty cases inside to the smells you are greated with when you walk through the door it takes me back to my time working in India. While I was waiting and eating every other customer that came and went was Indian, to me this is always a good sign. The food was spot on with flavor and portions... Right down to the small chunk of bone in my boneless chicken. I smiled so big the whole time. The Lassi was amazing too. If you have only experienced "American" Indian food you must stop here and experience this place. It is truely authentic India. If you are American and have never traveled abroad don't expect them to have everything on the menu available, don't expect fully stocked fridge units, don't expect what you get at a chain restaurant... However in trade you will get the chance to be transported to India for a short while. The ONLY thing that is not authentic is everything was far to clean and well decorated. I will be back...

If you're a fan of authentic Indian cuisine, Sher-E-Punjab Dhaba in Nevada is a must-visit! I had the chance to dine here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The food is rich in flavor and truly authentic—I ordered **butter chicken** and **garlic naan**, and it was one of the best Indian meals I've had in the U.S. The chicken was tender, the sauce perfectly spiced, and the naan fresh and crispy. We also tried **dal tadka** and **veg biryani**, both bursting with flavors and expertly seasoned. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations and ensure you have the best experience. The restaurant has a simple yet welcoming atmosphere, and the food more than makes up for it. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable, making it a great spot for lunch or dinner. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Indian meal in Nevada! 10/5
