To start off Kim (that's what the receipt says) did not give us our drinks after taking our order. Took the next order and then a phone call and then got a cake out of the cooler and decorated it. Still no drinks. One guy working in the back on the fryers and 3 girls working the drive thru. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get our food and then I had to ask for my drinks and sauce for the chicken baskets. No one seemed to care that I was standing at the counter. After we ate we went back up to the counter to get our ice creams that we order and one was an Oreo blizzard. I thought that if the worker didn't turn it upside down that it was free and when I brought it to someones attention they asked who made it and I said the young blonde headed girl. Kim (the person who took our order) went to go ask her and she looked straight at us and didn't answer and then when asked again while looking at us said I did and then started laughing and then Kim said well you need to do that and then started laughing too. Then we were ignored like we weren't even standing there. So after about 5 minutes we left. I don't know if I just come to this restaurant at the wrong times or what. I went today through the drive thru. The service was slow for not being busy. They were out of the blizzard I wanted. We had to wait cause the ice-cream machine was making the ice-cream. When we did get them they were like milk shakes.... I'm all for giving second and third chances because I understand things happen but its getting ridiculous especially with how prices are nowadays.... No more chances from me.
My husband and I went through the drive through a few weeks ago and didn't receive the toast, the gravy, or the honey mustard we paid extra for, for the chicken basket. We're all about second chances so went through last week was in line for an hour hamburger was tuff and cold.. Third times the charm, today only ones in the drive through spent 7 dollars two large Ice cream cones that looked like they were small. Like one inch of ice cream from the rim of the cone.... definitely not like we'd got got previously.... won't be back for a long...

I showed her my email confirmation that was sent with the price and she informed me that it was a fixed price in the register and she could not change it. So she gets the manager who took care of the price difference Then the manager said to me that I could not get another cake for that price she was going back and change it That was okay by me since it was their online service that was giving the wrong price. Thought I would see if she fixed it but it still shows the cakes at wrong price. In order to help with this I am letting the manager know it is still not fixed on their end.
