Food was good but it is some of the absolute WORSE service I have ever received! Our party was totally ignored after we had our food delivered and it took over an hour to even get our food. The place was not busy at the time and the wait staff stood around eating chips, talking and playing on their phones. We I made another waitress aware of the service she started talking over me and then walked off. I informed her that I still wanted a cocktail and that was never delivered either. I have been going there for years and the service has continued to decline over those years. Tonight was the last time I will pay my hard earned money to this place. We didn’t even get greeted, they didn’t even ask how many people were in my party… it was a party of 14 and the guy sat us down at a table of 8. The guy didn’t even say hello or talk to us, he just signaled. Then we got asked what drinks we wanted when we had just received a menu, not to mention, about 4 people at our table were still missing a menu (asking the amount of people would have helped there). Our orders were a little messed up, which I guess is a understandable since we were a big party. Only one person at our table was offered a refill while another there had to ask. We ordered take out and our 3 meals was quickly made but the serving sizes was Completely off. My husband got a meal for 2 yet the amount of meat and veggies was the same amount as my meal for 1 the only difference was the amount of rice and refried beans.. But the absolute reason for the 3 star review was the service from the lady Taking our order. RUDE!
