The Roost Coffee & Bakehouse — Restaurant in Wellsville

I’ve been in there quite a few times and it always seems so very clean and organized. I also like the decor. A lot of places go for a cozy kind of darker feeling but they are more lit up. It feels more like a social place which I think really suits it. I also finally met the owner today and she seems like a very nice warm person. I only ever get mocha when I get coffee and it’s probably one of the top I’ve had. Great flavor without being super sweet. Their bacon croissants are easily one of the best ones in the area. Their bacon chicken wrap is only 8 dollars which I thought “it isn’t going to be very big”. Wellll I was wrong. It was also really good. The chicken had really good flavor. And then there is the Rangoon pizza. I don’t know what mad scientist came up with it but wow. Highly recommend you give it a try at least once. They have their own pop tarts which I believe the owner makes and I will only buy 1 at a time because I could easily gain a lot of weight on those just by the sheer volume...

I would like to start off by saying I do not normally write reviews but was so pleased with my experience I felt it was deserving of the recognition. I ordered the coffee cake at the recommendation of the person that took my order and also ordered a chocolate muffin. The coffee cake has to be THE BEST coffee cake I have had in my life! Such a cute little space to hang out at, love the atmosphere and the coziness/cleanliness. Always friendly faces and willing to share their expertise on new drinks I can try. The pistachio Matcha is a 10/10 if you like Matcha. One visit, they accidentally made a iced chai vs a hot one.
