Coyote Den is part of the golf course complex. Great views and a comfortable atmosphere. It had a pretty good number of patrons when I was there with only one waitress. She was an amazing waitress who was pleasant, efficient, got our drinks, took our orders, served our lunches accurately and efficiently, refilled our drinks and met all of the needs of the entire restaurant. Nice little oasis in the middle of nowhere on a golf course clubhouse setting. Unfortunately it is closed from late Spring to early Fall because of the heat, so you may not have access depending the time of your trip. We stopped for lunch, had a BLT and Burger. Both were fresh and tasty, and the fries were also hot and fresh. Our server was cheerful and efficient, and we sat by the picture window overlooking the little waterfall and golf course.
